Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to join paid competitions in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Platform role

Last Man Standing is a platform provider. Competitions are independently organised by clubs (often non-profit community clubs), and organisers are responsible for their own league terms and prize governance.

3. Competition entry

Entry is controlled by league organisers through access codes. You are responsible for keeping your access details secure and for submissions made through your account.

4. Paid entries and prize funds

Where a league includes entry fees, payment terms and prize distribution are displayed by the organiser before checkout. Processing and settlement timelines can vary depending on card network and Stripe controls.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, automation abuse, or manipulation of competition outcomes.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content.
• We may suspend access where misuse or legal risk is identified.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
