www.thelastmanstanding.ie and Last Man Standing are trading names of NEXPAY Limited that provides software for online sports prediction competitions run by clubs and communities. For platform operations, we act as a data controller under Irish and EU data protection law, while league organisers remain responsible for their own club communications and local obligations.

2. Information we collect

• Account and participation information (name, email, access code, picks, and standings history).
• League and payment information required to process entry fees and prize operations.
• Technical usage information such as IP address, browser type, and session activity for security and fraud prevention.

3. Why we use your data

• To run competitions and display rankings.
• To provide customer support and service notices.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorised access.
• To comply with Irish legal and financial record-keeping requirements.

4. Stripe and payment processing

Where payments are offered, card processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes payment data in line with its own privacy framework and regulatory obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) if you believe we have breached the GDPR in realtion to your personal information.
